Hi guys!

I've had super busy holiday week and haven't had time to sit down and update you guys. Well even now, I haven't got time to sit for long as I'm off for my last family dinner before I'm going to Helsinki.

Last days we have been out a lot, meeting new people and shared lots of memories with old friends. Most of the time we have spent next to Aurajoki either just chilling on the sun or having couple drinks in the riverboats.

Anyway, soon I'm off to Helsinki and I'm ment to go out with my friends, big Sunday parties! Here's small photo tasties for you guys, I'll come with more details when I'm back to London.

Ps. I've been doing some super nice shopping too! Can't wait to show them!

Mulla on super kiireinen lomaviikko takana, enkä ole myöskään koneen äärelle ehtinyt eli siksi en ole täälläkään niin ahkerasti ollut päivittelemässä. Tälläkin kertaa tulin vaan antamaan pika updaten sillä pitäisi päästä nauttimaan viimeisestä perheateriasta ennen Helsinkiin lähtöä.

Viimepäivinä olen ollut paljon ulkona, tavannut uusia ihmisiä, mutta myös jakanut muistoja vanhojen tuttujen kanssa. Valtaosa ajasta on vierähtänyt Aurajoen rannalla, joko vain reunalla istuen taikka sitten jokilaivoissa juoman äärellä.

Jokatapauksessa, pian siis suuntaan Helsinkiin ja tarkoitus olisi lähteä juhlistamaan sunnuntaita oikein olantakaa. Tässä vielä teille maistiaisia mun lomasta näin parin valokuvan muodossa. Lisää kuvia ja muita yksityiskohtia lähden päivittämään, sitten kun olen takaisin Lontoossa.

Ps. Oon myös shoppailut jonkun verran, enkä malta odottaa, että pääsen teillekkin vähän esittelemään!

Love life.

Yesterday my lil'sis went back to Finland and now I'm feeling lonely again. (hehe jokes)

We had some crazy crazy time, but I think giving all details is too long, so let me give you my tourist planner:

Eilen pikkusisko lähti takaisin Suomeen ja nyt olen taas yksin. (hehe) meillä oli aivan mahtava viikko ja tuntuu, että kaikkien yksityiskohtien selittäminen veisi ikuisuuden... Niinpä siis tein teille hienon Lontoon turisti kalenterin! Enjoy:

Thursday: As she arrived to london quite late, we focused on talking and headed to the local pub Dolphin.

Torstai: Pikkusisko saapui tänään melko myöhään ja väsyneenä eli lähettiin vasn paikalliseen parille. Dolphin on aina mukava paikka istua ja olla.

Friday: We started the day by going for a picnic to Victoria park. From there we headed straight to Oxford street, looked around for a while and then went to Greenman for a long party night with my colleagues.

Perjantai: Aloitettiin päivä menemällä piknikille Victoria parkkiin. Sieltä lähdettiin suoraan Oxford streetille jossa näytin paikkoja kunnes mentiin Greenmaniin ja vietettiin pitkä juhla ilta mun työkavereiden kanssa.

Saturday: I went to work but we met up straight after and went out again. My girl had some good shopping time in westfield through out the day while I was at work. This time we had rock'n'roll night in Foxy and Crobar. As places closed too early we also went to Casino and stayed till the morning.

Lauantai: Mulla oli pitkä työpäivä mutta pikkusisko tuli samaa matkaa Westfieldiin shoppailemaan. Tänä iltana lähdettiin viettämään rock'n'roll iltaa ja aloiteltiin Crobarissa mistä käytiin Foxyssa, ja kun paikat sulki kiin lähdettiin Casinolle jossa oltiin aamuun asti.

Sunday: Time to relax. After some sleep we went to Shoreditch so she can do some shopping on the Bricklane market. After too much walking we went for one cocktails to Casa Blue from where we went straight home. (And we slept well)

Sunnuntai: aika rentoutua. Lähdettiin heti herättyä Shoreditchiin Bricklane marketille jossa innostuttiin taas vintage kojuista ja kaikesta ruuasta. Pitkän kävelyn jälkeen mentiin vielä Casa Blueen cocktaileille ja siitä suoraan kotiin. (Ja nukuttiin hyvin)

Monday: I had a working day again, but my friend hanged around in Stradford all day and did some more shopping. After getting home we just went to Dolphin for some chill time.

Maanantai: olin taas töissä ja pikkusisko jatkoi Westfield shoppailua. Kun pääsin töistä niin suunnattiin taas Dolphiniin rentoutumaan.

Tuesday: Traditional tourist day. We used lots of undergrounds, walked from Oxford street via Regent street through Trafalgar square and all the way to Big Ben. We also did last shoppings, and went to Hamleys ofcourse! This day we ended up having girls night out, started with wine in O'Neils from where we went dancing in Penthouse and ended the morning in Casino.

Tiistai: Perinteinen turisti päivä. Mentiin paljon maanalaisilla, käveltiin Oxford streetiltä Regent streetin kautta Trafalgar squarelle mistä jatkettiin Big Benille. Kerettiin myös hoitamasn viimeiset shoppailut ja käytiin tottakai Hamleyssa. Tänä iltana lähdettiin viettämään tyttöjen iltaa joka aloitettiin O'neilsissa josta lähdettiin tanssimasn Penthouselle ja kun ei aika riittänyt niin piti vielä jatkaa Casinolle.

Wednesday: This day we were too tierd to do anything, and the weather was boiling. Well ok we managed to get up and have the "last walk in london" which started with Fish n Chips and went from Oxford street, through Hydepark to Greenpark and back from Chinatown. When we got home we just packed her things and spent the last evening talking. 

Keskiviikko: Oltiin liian väsyneitä tekemään yhtään mitään ja sääkin oli liian kuuma. Tai no,jaksettiin me illemmalla lähteä viimeiselle Lontoon kävelylle joka alkoi Fish n Chipseillä ja kulki Oxford streetitä Htdeparkin läpi, mistä mentiin Greenparkin kautta Chinatowniin. Kotiin päästyä oltiin vaan ja oakattiin sekä juteltiin. Sis time.

I'm still tierd after this week, but now I miss my girl. Hope she'll be back soon!

Nyt oon edelleen ihan kuollut tän viikon jälkeen, mutta pikkusiskoa on jo ikävä. Toivottavasti Lontoo kelpasi ja tulet pian takaisin!

Urban Outfitters

This shop you find something (or million things) everytime you get in. This time my eye catched on this amazing black and white skirt and cute fringe top. I also left so many tops behind, maybe will go back gor them? Hehe. Anyway, here's my findings this time!

Tästä liikkeestä löytää jotain (tai miljoona asiaa) joka kerta kun astuu ovesta sisään. Tällä kertaa mukaan tarttui aivan ihana mustavalkoinen hame sekä "hapsu" toppi. Tosin taakse jäi niin monia ihania toppeja, että on varmaan pakko mennä hakemaan nekin myöhemmin. Hehe. Anyway, tässä nämä tän kerran löydöt olis!

Ps. Jeans are from Only, and shoes are the same old good Vagabonds. And this song doesn't leave my head today! Heelp hehe.

Vagabond

Probably one of the best shoe brands I know. No lie!

Sain itseasiassa kotipuolesta palautetta, että täytysi postaukset laittaa kaksikielisinä. Kannattaako? Ajattelin kokeilla miten toimii, saa nähdä kuinka selkeää tekstiä saan tulemaan.

I got feed back from home that I should also write my posts in finnish. Should I? Well thought to try it out, so we'll see how clearly I can write in finnish from now on.

I do love KG but with comfortable shoes I must say that Vagabond have done it again. Last time in Finland I bought this pair of ancle boots, and oh my, I can wear these everyday to work! I think I never had any heels this comfortable. (normally I would be wearing heels for one day and then have a break)

Actually I haven't bought any shoes from Vagabond for years, but when I was in highschool I used to get all my "dressier" shoes from this brand. Hehe now I remember why.

Rakastan KG:n kenkiä mutta mukavuuden puolesta täytyy todeta, että Vagabond vie potin kotiin. Viime Suomen reissulla ostin nilkkurit, ja kyllä, näitä voin käyttää töissä vaikka joka päivä! Tuntuu etten ennen ole näin mukavaa (korollista) kenkäparia omistanutkaan. (Yleensä töihin mennisin koroilla yhdeksi päiväksi ja sitten olisi parin päivän tauko.)

Itseasiassa ei ole tullut ostettua kenkiä Vagabondilta vuosiin, ylä-asteella tosin ostin kaikki juhlavammat kengät kyseiseltä merkiltä. Nyt sitten muistankin miksi näin tein.

Praise for the Scandinavian brands! Haha. Have to get other pair when I get to Finland again! (after 2 weeks! Hihii!)

Ps. One more plus side on Vagabond shoes is that when it's snowing you're not skating around like with all other shoes I've.. Heh

Hurraat siis pohjoismaisille merkeille! Ensi Suomireissun ostoslistaan täytyykin sitten lisätä uusi pari kenkiä. (kahden viikon päästä siis, hiih ihanaa)

Ps. Plussana Vagabondille vielä se, että kun täälläkin nyt on lunta satanut niin ei tarvitse luistella ympäriinsä, niinkuin kaikilla muilla kengilläni tällä hetkellä.

From Picadelly to Shoreditch

Got my camera back!

As I told last time I want to share with you some pictures from the Saturday's staff party (week ago). ...Or actually pictures before the party. Evening started of from Picadelly Circus and later moved on down to Shoreditch. Me and Ambia planned to go to the starter bar straight from work and we took our time with dressing up and fixing our hair before moving. (and just chilling for a while) 

Actually, by accident we both dressed up with similar theme.

Simple but ready to go. My loose top from Gina tricot, skater skirt from Vero Moda, gold accesories from Top Shop, crystal bracelet is Swarowski, and clutch bag Mulberry. My old so loved heels are bought  from Bianco.

Ambia had the same kind of outfit  styled very differently, her top and skirt are from Primark, killer ancle boots from New Look, leather jacket Miss Selfridge, fur gillet Top Shop. Love it!

In Picadelly we had a change to enjoy drinks and meal in Grace bar, which seems like a nice place to spend even all night by eating, drinking and dancing. Well me and Ambia showed up quite late so we actually didn't eat, but the food seemed delicious. By midnight eight of us headed to Brick lane desperately looking for some nice club to go. This wasn't a succes, we spent about hour by walking around and ended up this weird place which name I don't even know. I think it was closer to Whitechapel. Hmm.

Well company makes the good time anyway right? By three o'clock we ended up to Malin's home and went sleep. In the morning we had some sweet home made pancakes which was the best thing I could of thought that time. (In norwegian style ofcourse!)

Norwegian new year

So, now it's 2013. Funny right?

I had such a nice new year thanks for our norwegian hosts. They have this amazing place in Shoreditch where we stayed all evening, drinking, dancing and just enjoying the company. (everybody were skandinavian, or around from there, excluding couple french, my boyfriend and one australian.)

Everybody had a change to enjoy some pizzas or norwegian food (made by hosts) and drink lots of sweet drinks. By 00:00 we all ran to the rooftop and popped the champange. We all watched these fireworks coming from the roof next to us. They might not be great like next to Big Ben, but great enough to make this new year something you never forget.

So thank you Malin and Erling, Waiting for your next parties!

Ps. I'm wearing my first denim shirt (only) ever haha, made it look like mine with this big silver necklace. (friis&company)

Gucci

You remember when I wrote about the present I wanted to get for my boyfriend?

Big succes, I love it and he loves it. What I got is this t-shirt from Gucci. Nice and simple desing. Also I got him some simple accesories with it. As i promised here it is now,

I enjoy all my presents as well, some plates, candles and skin care products. And ofcourse coholate. (thanks xx) I'm still waiting for two presents comin from my sisters, can't wait to see what they have got for me! Hehee.

Like I said earlier, I love Christmas time. Not because of presents, because of the whole feeling, warm and nice evenings. Now it's time to just be and enjoy, and warm up with cup of hot glögg. (glogg, mulled wine kind of drink.. Not sure how it is in english.)

Ps. Best part of every Christmas is when Snowman comes. (from tv) Yesterday he had a snow dog too!

Love Orange

I've always loved orange (as in Finland I even painted my room with that colour) but now it's the first time I've been wearing it too.I have been lately looking for anything with orange on it, I mean anything! Shoes, make up, bags, jewellery, clothes, scarves...

I actually even know from where all this started - from bright orange Jimmy Choo clutch, which I saw ages ago in Sloane street. (No I didn't buy it, I was just looking how gorgeus it was, you can look by yourself here.) Since then I've been looking for everything that could match with it (And no I'm not even going to buy it, actually I think it's sold out from everywhere in London..)

Anyway, then one day I got my hands on this catalogue from Aspinal Of London, and I noticed this cute orange bag - Next I saw in my head myself walking with it on the beach, and this is because I'm going for holidays soon. (To Malta after 3 weeks!) So all this leaded to that I went to Brook street to their store and asked for this bag, aand there it was, perfect summer bag, great for time to relax, beach, picnics or just for chilling at the park.

Ofcourse I got allready something to go with it! Nail polish (Models Own), lip liner (Pixi), lip cream (Stila), and lip stain (Stila)! Before I actually just used those make up colours to cheer my day up. -Yes it's working, you can't feel sad when your nails are screaming orange! Now I just have to find some cool orange accesories -and I'm ready for summer!

I'm going back to dream my orange dreams, and you guys -Have bright day!
